[Kizakura sits to his desk, several pieces of paper strewn in front of him. He takes a moment to order his thoughts, glances at the black glove he placed in a corner of the desk, and sighs. He's not sure he should be writing anything, but...if he dies or something, he doesn't want any useful info to fall into oblivion. After hiding his pendant, he starts writing.
Judging by the writing style, he wrote everything that crossed his mind]
If you're reading this, I'm confirmed dead and you solved the puzzle I left in my room. Sorry, I needed to lessen the chances those two would find and take the notes. I hope I didn't suffer some humiliating death, or died from being poisoned. That gets old after the first time, you know. If I was murdered I'm not going to blame my killer. The fault is on me for not being careful. If I broke a rule...oops! My bad! Uh, don't do whatever I did. And if I killed someone then I apologize, I admit I'm incredibly disappointed of myself. That's the one line I don't want to cross.
I just returned from meeting the Sage and Teishu. Not too long ago I found a bottle of wine in my room, and a request to meet me face-to-face. It was some good quality wine, but don't worry, I didn't drink any of it. Who would? But I'm kind of jealous the Sage has booze of such great quality, I'd like to peruse it myself someday. Okay, no, I have to focus here. Sorry, I digress.
I'm not sure, but I think the liquor cabinet key was meant to be a trap. It can't be a coincidence I got on so many people's good graces, and that it was hidden in such clever place. I bet they planted it so they could recruit whoever found it. My my, those two are so crafty, aren't they?
I don't think I should trust them, but theirs was an offer I didn't want to refuse. There's someone I promised to protect. They knew about her, they even gave me one of her gloves. Sorry, Kyoko-chan, I hope that's just a copy and not your real glove. Anyway, I sacrificed my own life for her safety back where I came from. If I cooperate, they'll make sure she leaves the deadly game we were in before I arrived here. I can't protect her myself anymore, but maybe those two can. I don't like the thought, but...what else can I do? I just want to ensure she lives.
Sorry, everyone, I betrayed all of you -- whoever's alive right now -- but I don't think I'll regret it.
